On the 1st March 2021 100 Berry NFTs on Cardano have been minted and airdropped some time later in March to the addresses staking at BerryPool. These are the first NFT's on the Cardano Blockchain.

100 Berries. Some are already lost. This one was sent to an exchange :(
There are a few listed on CNFT . Most sales before the Alonso Smart Contract launch took place via escrow on Discord. This twitter account kept track of sales.
Rumor has it that there will be a Berry NFT only marketplace launching in 2021, similar to www.spacebudz.io marketplaceIt is a static page. Please help to decentralize by forking https://github.com/cardano-nft/BerryNFT (or open a pull request for change requests)
Not officialy from the creator of the Berries. However Berry Holders have been offered by Daily Dose CNFT to mint a Berry Pill before their actual launch. And ADA-Monsterz created some Berry collaborations as well.
